My Background
Hi there! My name is Manfred Baier, I am the founder and owner of Norfolk 31 Design. I have always had a passion for upholstery and custom made furniture; I gained experience running our family business for over 30 years before starting my own business.
I have many years of experience working on everything from large commercial and residential projects to something smaller that makes your space just right.
